Did you compete in college:
No, I was a swimmer in high school
Typical run group distance: 5 miles
Typical run group pace: About 8:00

How long have you been running:
I started to run after I graduated college, 2001.

Why do you run? 
It’s an easy way to stay in shape, something you can do anywhere, races are fun and I’ve made some great friends through running.

When was the moment you identified yourself as a runner?
The first time I won my age group at a race.

When was your first run group? Summer 2011

What keeps you coming back?
Def. the post run orange freezy pops and the pineapple.

What is your favorite local race?
Tom Sawyer 1mile, it’s short and has a great after party!

Favorite aspect of the New Orleans running community?
That’s it so big, there is something for everyone.

Current running goal?
To get back into running shape, I’ve been slacking lately.I need to put a race on my calendar to get me motivated.
