Yes, Track and XC at LSU.

Typical run group distance: 5-7 miles.

Typical Run Group pace: 7:20 min/miles

How long have you been running? 12 Years

Why do you run?

I run b/c it’s relaxing, it’s a stress release, and it’s a great way to meet new people and socialize.

When was the moment that you identified as a runner?

I guess I identified myself as a runner in high-school when I really started getting into it

When was your first run group?

Oh geeze, first run group was sometime when y’all first opens the store.

What keeps you coming back?

The people keep me coming back.

What is your favorite local race?

My favorite local race would have to be Crescent City Classic.

What is your favorite aspect of the New Orleans running community?

The running community has a great group of diverse people that you can learn a lot from.

What is your current running goal?

Stay healthy enough to finish the 2014 Louisiana Half at a decent time.
