Did you compete in college?

I ran for 1 year in college.

Typical Run Group distance: Typical Run Group pace:

I typically run 7 miles at run group. My pace is usually 7:00/mile.

How long have you been running?

I have been running since I was 12 years old.

Why do you run?

I run for the social and health benefits.

When was the moment that you identified as a runner?

I identified myself as a runner in high school when I started to gain recognition in races.

When was your first run group? Why do you keep coming back?

My first run group was LRC’s first run group way back when. I keep coming back because it is a friendly atmosphere that revitalizes my love for the sport.

What is your favorite local race?

My favorite local race is the Turkey Day Race.

What is your favorite aspect of the New Orleans running community?

My favorite aspect of the Nola running community is the solidarity of its very distinct personalities and groups.

What is your current running goal?

My current running goal is to comfortably build mileage and friendships. Cheers!

If you had one day to live how would you spend it?

I would spend the day with my family and closest friends reminiscing and talking about their future while consuming my favorite food and drink, listening and playing my favorite music, and hopefully enjoying pristine weather on a tropical island somewhere.
