Run Group
LRC provides run groups every Monday and Wednesdays STARTING at 6:30 PM from the store (4153 Canal St.). We usually average anywhere from 40-60 runners, sometimes peaking as high as 70. Paces include anywhere from 6 minute miles all the way up to 15/16 minute miles for walkers, with plenty of packs in between!
All ages and abilities are welcome!
